Shipping Policy

The Blackbird Design Studio shipping policy is designed to provide our customers with fast, quality service that delivers your purchase in excellent condition.

All in stock items will ship within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

Blackbird Design Studio provides three shipping options:

First Class US Mail (Includes Insurance)
Priority Mail (2-3 days)
Next Day Mail

As all items are unique, there may occassionally be an item for sale on the website that has been purchased before your purchase was complete. If an item is no longer in stock due to previous sale, you will be notified within one business day and options for ordering a similar item will be included in the email. Custom made items will ship in approximately 2 weeks.

Orders Outside the United States and Canada
If you are ordering from a country other than the United States or Canada, we will calculate the shipping and insurance based on applicable costs to ship to your country after you have completed your transaction on the website. A confirming email will be sent for your approval prior to shipment. Any applicable import fees are the customers sole responsibility.
